Overview
New Delhi Institute of Management is a unit of "Society for Employment and Career Counselling" and is an integral part of this non-profit & charitable education society registered since 1992. Chairman of New Delhi Institute of Management Dr. Vishwa Mohan Bansal is also the President of the Society for Employmrnt and career counselling.
Led by a freedom fighter and senior most member of the UPSC, Jaswant Rai Bansal; distinguished Judges of the Superme Court of India, Deputy Governor of the Reservr Bank, Chairman of the UPSC, and top civil servant of India set up NDIM, after their distinguished achivements in public life, as a humble pay back to the nation taking their decades of learning to the next generation.
These highly acclaimed leaders, known for their immense knowledge, vast global connect and unparalleled learning, who have been the role models in different spheres for over 50 years laid the foundations of NDIM with the vision of raising the bar of Indian education to match with the global standards.

Admissions
NDIM offers a two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program approved by AICTE and accredited by ASIC, UK. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Final-year students awaiting results may also apply. Candidates are shortlisted based on scores from accepted entrance exams (CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT). Shortlisted candidates undergo a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The selection process assesses academic performance, entrance test scores, GD/PI performance, and work experience (if any). Applications can be submitted online through the official NDIM website.
Scholarship
NDIM offers scholarships to meritorious and deserving students to encourage academic excellence and support financial needs. Scholarships are awarded based on criteria such as academic performance, entrance exam scores, and socio-economic background. Specific scholarships are available for students from economically weaker sections, reserved categories, and those with outstanding achievements in sports or extracurricular activities.
